The relaxing lounge area is furnished with two 3-seater sofa beds, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. There is an air conditioning unit, which keeps the whole of the downstairs area cool in the summer and can also be used as a heater during the cooler months. Sliding doors open from the lounge onto the patio and pool area.

The light and airy dining area has a table, which comfortably seats six people.

At the front of the villa is the modern, open-plan kitchen, which is fully fitted and well equipped including oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

Just inside the front door is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

Sliding doors lead from the lounge to the patio, which is furnished with a table, six chairs and a parasol. It provides direct access to the pool and is perfect for enjoying breakfast as the sun climbs in the sky.
